La tecnologia di sicurezza perfettamente integrata garantisce efficienza

La tecnologia Safety è un componente di tutti i sistemi di automazione completi di SIGMATEK. Tutti i moduli Safety, come i controllori di sicurezza e I/O S-DIAS, nonché gli azionamenti con funzioni Safety sono perfettamente integrati nell’intero sistema.

Con LASAL SAFETYDesigner si ha a disposizione uno strumento comodo ed efficiente per programmare e configurare il sistema Safety. Questa coerenza offre un vantaggio competitivo importante: l’ingegneria delle macchine e delle apparecchiature è notevolmente semplificata.

I vostri benefici

Sono possibili varie topologie e configurazioni. La modularità dei componenti Safety e l’opzione di una configurazione decentralizzata consentono di implementare in modo flessibile i singoli requisiti di sicurezza. I sistemi esistenti possono anche essere facilmente ampliati con le funzioni Safety.

Quando la tecnologia Safety si integra perfettamente nella soluzione di automazione, come in SIGMATEK, si beneficia di un’architettura di sistema coerente. L’ingegneria viene semplificata: i tempi tecnici e i costi vengono notevolmente ridotti.

Il sistema di bus real-time Ethernet VARAN consente di trasmettere dati Safety standard e critici nello stesso sistema bus. Il cablaggio dei componenti Safety e il costo di manodopera vengono quindi eliminati. Per la comunicazione orientata alla sicurezza, viene utilizzato il principio del Black Channel, in cui il bus funge solo da mezzo di scambio dati a canale singolo e non deve essere incluso in concetti di sicurezza.

Con la soluzione Safety SIGMATEK, il sistema di automazione soddisfa le più recenti norme di sicurezza: SIL CL 3 secondo EN/IEC 62061 o Performance Level PL e, Cat. 4 secondo EN ISO 13849-1/-2.
