Controllo compatto dei motori

Sono disponibili soluzioni compatte per il controllo di motori server passo-passo e sincroni. I moduli VST (VST 011 e VST 012) e ST 151 sono componenti di potenza compatti per il controllo di motori passo-passo a 2 fasi (micro-stepping). I moduli DC 061-1 e DC 062 nel formato S-DIAS vengono utilizzati per il controllo di servomotori sincroni.

DC 061-1 – Servo Motor Output Stage

  • +48 V DC, 6 A continuous current and 15 A peak current
  • Resolver input for positioning feedback (12 bits)
  • 2-channel enable input for STO Safe Torque Off (SIL 3/PL e, Cat. 4)

  • 1x VARAN In (RJ45), 1x VARAN Out (RJ45), linear topology configuration possible
  • Operating modes: full-step, half-step, micro-step (32 micro steps per full step)
  • 4 digital in and outputs each
